RAMSEY ESPER
Ramsey Esper President of Prime Mortgage LLC and the Broker/ Owner of Edco Properties Inc. and managing partner of several real estate holding companies in El Paso. Immigrated to El Paso in 1974 attended UTEP, and graduated in 1978 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has been in the Real Estate business since 1986 and served as a director on the Board of Realtors and Chairman of GEPAR Multiple listing Service, Saint George Orthodox Church as President and building committee chairman also served as Chairman of Membership Committee and on the board of Governors El Paso Country Club. His passion is his love of family, helping others achieve their maximum potential serving his community, and loves the game of Golf.

Naomi Ibarra, as Prime Mortgage operations manager, brings great knowledge and experience to the mortgage industry. A University of Phoenix graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting she has the combined experience in both accounting and finance that will prove to be helpful to our clients and customers. She has been in the mortgage industry since 2010 and will continue to serve her community, clients, customers, and all those whom she will meet with integrity, commitment, and excellence.

Natalia Rubio, Escrow Operations Manager has been with Prime Escrow, LLC since 2014 and has extensive experience and skills in the escrow service industry. Natalia brings great knowledge and passion that has proven successful and will contribute to the growth of the Escrow Department. Natalia is proud to serve our borrowers and investors with a continued commitment to excellence.
A UTEP Miner graduate with a degree in Criminal Justice. Natalia’s passions in life are family, friendships, and helping those in the community in fitness journeys alongside her mother.

Brandy Bailon, Escrow Service Analyst. Born in the city of El Paso to El Paso Police Department Detective Jose M. Bailon. Brandy shares extensive knowledge of Escrow servicing, her skills and friendly personality help with our clients’ needs. An El Paso Community College graduate.

Koiry Rubio just joined Prime Mortgage as our new Administrative Assistant.
Born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Koiry is a Top 15 graduate of Coronado High School with over a 4.0 GPA and will be proudly attending NMSU. Koiry enjoys reading and painting in her free time and loves everything to do with the outdoors. Koiry’s friendly service will welcome you each time you enter the office, she will be able to assist you with any questions you may have while expanding her knowledge in the Mortgage and Escrow industry.
